Warranty

Dear Sir/Madam,

We, Corewise LTD do hereby warrant that all labor and materials furnished and work performed in conjunction with the above referenced project are in accordance with the Contract Documents and authorized modifications there to, and will be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of:

1) 10 years for Timber windows and doors.
2) 5 years for the tightness of glazed glass.
3) 5 years for ironmongery.
4) 2 years for locks and mechanisms.

from the Date of Substantial Completion.

Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper materials, workmanship or arrangement, the defect, including adjacent work displaced, shall be made good by the undersigned at no expense to the Owner. The Owner will give written notice of defective work.
